Role Overview Supervise multi-trade construction projects while performing general construction duties as required. Coordinate and organize scheduled onsite work, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with MeadowBrook’s safety standards. Hands-on construction work will be required at times and may include, but is not limited to, site setup, general construction, and handyman-type tasks. Growth Plan Initially, this individual will supervise smaller, lower-risk projects, with the opportunity to develop their skills and progress into a Senior Supervisor role through hands-on experience and increased responsibility. This position will support the department’s current operational needs while contributing to its growth and development over the next five or more years. Qualifications

• Experience working in the construction trades.
• Previous experience supervising or overseeing construction work.
• Construction-related education.
• Civil construction experience, particularly excavation, would be considered an asset.

Compensation Compensation will be negotiable based on experience and the breadth of construction experience, including civil, office, and industrial construction.
